Job Title: Intellectual Property Project Manager

Mission

1. The daily work of internal patent affairs: responsible for patent submission, application, maintenance and rights protection and other matters, is responsible for communication with the group's internal and external patent offices.

2. Internal IP Management: Assisting in identifying a company's IP strategy based on the company's goals; assisting with professional departments to discover new IP concepts; organizing and writing patents based on technical information provided by specialized agencies.

3. IP Analysis in Industry: Track the IP dynamic in the industry, especially the benchmarking enterprises in a timely manner, find IP neutral, and maintain close communication with business departments.

4. External Relations: Assist or be responsible for coordinating patent matters with external partners and industry alliances.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree, science and engineering graduate

2. Logical thinking ability, perseverance and patience, teamwork.

3. Interested and comprehensive understanding of organic semiconductor materials and devices, including OLEDs, OFETs, QLEDs, and other new display technologies, with relevant working experience preferred, especially those with written patents preferred.

4. Understand the patent law, understand the flow of patent applications, maintenance and human rights issues, have experience in the IP sector is preferred
